The short version of how reservations, events and this website work.
Reservations
A reservation request is confirmed only once you receive our email. Tables are held for fifteen minutes past the booked time. Parties of nine or more are booked by phone and may be asked for a card to hold the table; a no-show fee of 25 dollars per guest applies only if the party cancels less than 24 hours ahead or does not arrive.
Private events
Private dining dates are held with a signed agreement and a deposit, which is credited to the final bill. Guest counts are final seven days before the event. Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full deposit refund.
This website
Menus and prices on this site are updated regularly but can change without notice. Photographs show dishes as served on the day they were taken. Content on this site belongs to Northwood and may not be reused without permission.
